Will White is director of technical communications and training for Custom Building Products. In addition to creating and running the Custom Technical University, White is also a member of the National Tile Contractors Association (NTCA), Tile Council of North America (TCNA) and Materials & Methods Standards Association (MMSA). He is also a committee member of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).

In the beginning, there was Thin Porcelain Panels. Between 2000 and 2001, Thin Porcelain Tile (TPT) was born. One version was created in 2001 by engineer, Franco Stefani, of the Systems Group, innovator of the ceramic industry.
